How to buy Borneo Schematics
Five steps, about two minutes of your time, then a short wait. The one thing worth being careful about is your username — everything else is forgiving.
Register your Borneo account first
Go to the official Borneo portal and sign up. Do this before ordering — the licence has to be applied to an account that already exists.
Pick the licence that matches how you work
One technician on one machine at a time? A 1 User licence. Two benches signed in simultaneously? You need 2 Users. Compare all six on the pricing page.
Enter your username exactly as registered
This is the step that causes almost every delayed order. Copy and paste it rather than typing it. Capital letters, dots and underscores all matter. An email address is not a username unless that is literally what you registered.
Complete checkout and wait
Payment is handled by GsmGenesis. Activation normally lands within 1–6 hours. You do not need to keep the page open.

Common questions
How long does activation take?
Normally 1 to 6 hours. Orders placed late at night can take a little longer.
I entered the wrong username. Can it be fixed?
Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order reference and the correct username. If activation has not been applied yet it is a quick fix. Once it has been applied to the wrong account it cannot be moved.
Do I get a licence key or file?
No. There is nothing to enter or store. Activation is attached to your account, so you simply sign in and it works.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Enter their Borneo username at checkout instead of yours. The licence follows the username, not the payer.
Is there a trial?
There is no free trial. The 3 Months 1 User licence at ₹1,464.50 is the cheapest way to try it on real jobs.
